The DW-GFR Series Heat Recovery Adsorption Dryer utilizes waste heat from oil-free air compressors to regenerate the desiccant, fully recovering waste energy within the compressed air system. Without requiring a separate heating device, it achieves the same performance as a heated dryer, delivering outstanding energy efficiency and high performance . The dew point of the treated air can reach -40  °  C.Equipped with a self-developed PLC controller, the dryer offers more stable and reliable performance compared to conventional micro controllers. The use of high-quality butterfly valves ensures over 1 million trouble-free switching cycles. An advanced flow diffuser is designed to distribute compressed air evenly through the desiccant bed, completely eliminating channeling effects.
