DW-G series power frequency single-stage compression screw air compressor adopts the “large rotor, large bearing, low speed” design, effectively reducing noise and vibration, prolonging service life and improving stability. Equipped with high-precision rotors processed by rotor grinder and new 5:6 asymmetric rotor profile, it increases air displacement by 5%-10%. Fitted with YE3 high-efficiency motor, intelligent touch screen microcomputer controller, top-row cooling air design and extra-large cooler for stable, economical and easy-maintenance operation.

The tooth surface is machined by rotor grinder to create a high-precision rotor. The new 5:6 asymmetric rotor tooth type is adopted to increase the exhaust volume by 5%-10% .
